As an IT Systems Management Specialist (m/f/d) in Bad Homburg, near Frankfurt am Main, you will actively shape the interface between modern information technology and business processes. You will design and implement customer-specific system solutions, advise and train users and develop creative marketing strategies to successfully present innovative IT products. You will also prepare individual offers, calculate projects precisely and ensure that orders are processed reliably. During your training, you will gain exciting insights into our commercial departments and work on challenging projects for government and public clients. You will not only learn to think economically, but also to work in a solution-oriented team. This will allow you to develop your talents, gain valuable practical experience and build a solid foundation for your future career in the IT sector.
You enjoy IT topics and are interested in both technical and commercial contexts. You are characterized by initiative, team spirit and a meticulous way of working. You also have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people – whether it’s advising customers, coordinating within a team or giving presentations. If you also have a talent for organization, curiosity and the desire to continuously develop yourself further, you will fit in perfectly with us and our apprenticeship.
The training period is 3 years. A shortening is possible.
If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to a recruitment test. Then it’s on to the next round and you get to know the trainers in a personal interview.
We accept applications all year round. Training starts on August 1.
During your training, you will work in almost every department and get to know all processes and interfaces. You will receive the best possible training in the various specialist areas and be prepared for your final exam.
The IT specialists attend the Hochtaunusschule in Oberursel. The
Bethmannschule in Frankfurt is responsible for IT systems management trainees. The vocational school material
is taught in blocks during the training period.
We work together with Provadis University in Frankfurt. Lectures take place one afternoon a week and on Saturdays.
