Your tasks as Windows Server Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator to focus on the planning, implementation and administration of Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the following tasks:

Planning, implementation and administration of Windows servers
Planning, implementation and administration of Active Directory structures and services
Installation, configuration and administration of Windows services such as MS SQL, PKI, IIS, VAMT and WSUS.
Virtualization
Implementation and monitoring of security policies and measures in Windows Server environments
Evaluation of scalability requirements and implementation of suitable solutions
Structured planning and efficient implementation of capacity expansions as required
Identification of bottlenecks, implementation of targeted performance optimizations and continuous monitoring of system performance
Analysis of Windows system and application logs for precise error diagnostics
Creation and regular updating of documentation in line with system changes

Your qualifications as a Windows Server Administrator

Completed university degree in (business) informatics or comparable experience in IT
Proven experience in the successful administration of Windows Server environments
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, security policies and server services
Proven ability to analyze errors and implement effective solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team
Knowledge of Git, Linux, VMware and/or Citrix an advantage
