You understand our customers’ requirements, which you interpret quickly and in a commercially comprehensible manner as the technical part of our key account managers’ offers. Thanks to your in-depth technical expertise and your knowledge of our solutions, you are our most important interface to our customers in the pre-sales phase alongside the sales team.
This means in detail: You precisely determine the customer’s requirements using various methods, quickly communicate possible alternatives if they are technically or economically feasible and, together with the key account manager, are ultimately responsible for making your customer the most attractive offer for all parties.
Of course, you will support the sales department throughout the entire quotation phase, for example with documentation and demonstrations and by answering all technical questions – right up to the seamless project handover of the acquired order to the responsible project manager.
In addition, you will represent ATIS systems at trade fairs and conferences and ensure that we always remain at the cutting edge of technology and a pioneer in our field by keeping a close eye on the competition.
If you would also like to work in a multicultural environment, speak English very well and ideally have other foreign language skills, can assert and position yourself at your various interfaces and keep a cool head even in critical situations, you should apply immediately.
