As an office management assistant (m/f/d) in Bad Homburg, near Frankfurt am Main, you will become an all-round talent in organization and administration. You will take on a variety of commercial and organizational tasks, coordinate appointments, process business transactions in accounting and support internal and external communication. During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to use modern office and communication technology, create presentations, prepare meetings and support important decision-making processes. In our specialist departments, you will work on varied projects for government clients and gain exciting insights into administration, HR management and project management. You will continuously develop your organizational skills, gain valuable practical experience and create a solid foundation for your professional future in a dynamic environment.
You have a talent for organization, work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations. Diligence, reliability and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you. At the same time, you have strong communication skills, enjoy dealing with people and have a friendly manner – whether in person, on the phone or by e-mail. If you also have initiative, team spirit and a willingness to continuously develop, you will fit in perfectly with us and this varied apprenticeship.
The training period is 3 years. A shortening is possible.

We accept applications all year round. Training starts on August 1.
During your training, you will work in almost every department and get to know all processes and interfaces. You will receive the best possible training in the various specialist areas and be prepared for your final exam.
The IT specialists attend the Hochtaunusschule in Oberursel. The
Bethmannschule in Frankfurt is responsible for IT systems management trainees. The vocational school material
is taught in blocks during the training period.
We work together with Provadis University in Frankfurt. Lectures take place one afternoon a week and on Saturdays.
