Call-Related Data
There is frequently disagreement about if and when an emergency call was received or alarm was triggered, how long it took to react to a call and reach the scene and how quickly the responsible services were informed. Therefore, all relevant call data can be captured and archived using ATIS solutions. These include date, time, caller ID or channel and call number.
Network Integration for Administration and Operation
In addition to standalone equipment, ATIS also offers various network-enabled solutions that allow ongoing and recorded calls to be listened to and stored at any retrieval station. Multi-level security administration prevents unauthorised third parties from gaining access to the system.
